CoolMarket
Website: https://www.coolmarket.com/groceries.html
This was the first company that I heard of that offered online grocery shopping and delivery in Jamaica.
They have expanded their service to sell furniture, appliances, and electronics.
They now offer Buy Now Pay Later through Cool Loans.
It is of note that small businesses can sell on their site. So, as a vendor, this is a good opportunity to expand your business’ reach within the island.
Delivery is offered to all 14 parishes in Jamaica. Which may take between 2-5 business days depending on if you order from different vendors. Delivery of appliances are currently limited to Wednesdays and Saturdays. They do not deliver internationally.
Their website is easy to use, well-organized and has a simple interface. It also offers a lot of information on the company and a contact page for issues.
Grocery List Jamaica
Website: https://grocerylistjamaica.com
This is really a service similar to Instacart in the United States, where you, the shopper, choose the grocery or business that you would like to purchase from and personal shoppers buy your items for you.
They promise delivery to your door.
It is also to be noted that they have an app.
If you want to earn some cash you have the option to work as one of their shoppers. This is a good side income for individuals who need some extra cash.
Their website is secure and works seamlessly. Their services are offered all over the island. So you can buy from your favorite grocers from your phone.
According to their about page they started this with the intention of making it easier for the diaspora to help buy groceries for family members living on the island.
What is beautiful about their service is that you are not limited to groceries. You have the option of buying medication from your local pharmacy, lumber from the hardware store, buy bulk items from a wholesale. It truly is providing convenience to the fullest extent for the entire island and I am so happy that I found them.

This online marketplace offers a wide variety of products including groceries. They offer a wide range of groceries inclusive or gourmet meals and baby food.
They deliver all over the island offering several ways to get your groceries if delivery to your door is not ideal. For delivery, they can send it directly to your door, use Knutsford Express, your nearest post office, or you can do a pick up at one of their JA Deals Stores which are located in Kingston and Montego Bay.
They ship internationally as well and offer various means of doing so, inclusive of DHL.
The delivery cost will vary and is calculated at the checkout page.
Their website is not hard to navigate but the interface could be a bit smoother. It will not be difficult to find what you need.
They also clearly list their privacy policies, FAQs, and many pages to address customer issues and concerns.
The most impressive thing to me about this company is the wide variety of payment methods available.
Cash of up to 20,000JMD is available for deliveries within Kingston, as well as when doing a pick up at one of their JA Deals Stores. They accept credit and debit cards, bank transfer and deposit, Paypal, Lynk, and even cryptocurrency including Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Based on their Google maps reviews they mainly service Kingston. However, deliveries to surrounding areas may have difficulties due to terrain and could take more than 24 hours to be delivered.
They utilize whatsapp as a communication method in addition to regular text and phone calls..
Groceries can be ordered from families abroad to be delivered to individuals living in the Kingston area.
They have good ratings in regard to customer service and delivering items on time.
Their website is easy to use and organized well.

HONORABLE MENTION
Loshusan Supermarket (Barbican, Kingston)
Website: https://loshusansupermarket.com
This supermarket does claim to do deliveries according to their instagram but does not provide enough information on their website for me to give it as a recommendation.
